CUSTOM AND LARGE ORDERS: Custom and large orders freighted in are non refundable. Payment in full is required before custom orders are placed or any goods are released.
COLLECTION: All products are for collection and payment at GFHW office in Beckenham unless a specific delivery charge and address has been included on invoice. We sell a range of packing materials to help legally secure your load. A signature with name and docket will be required at the time goods are taken. Any items requiring insurance, express shipping or specific tracking are at customer cost.
RESTOCKING/REFUNDS: As per ACCC. GFHW policy is Non Refundable unless found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied by GFHW. All claims must be within 7 days with paperwork for assessment. Items that have been installed by customer since purchase may void any warranties or returns. Refunds are not supplied where customer changes their mind, chooses incorrect colour or product. Exchanges with Trade Customers are less 20% restocking fee plus any merchant costs and credit against your COD account is supplied on approval by Manager.
TITLE: Title remains with GFHW until customer Invoice is fully paid. If goods are supplied in good faith or taken without full payment then customer agrees to the retrieval in full thereof by GFHW, Representatives from its manufacture arm, Auswest Fencing & Wrought Iron or other nominees, plus legal costs that accumulate after 7 days. Outstanding accounts are charged at $22 book keeping fee per week plus any debt collection and legal costs. Resupply is at the discretion of GFHW and at full cost of all materials and fees by customer before delivery.
CUTTING: Cutting is charged at a minimum fee of $22.00.
MINIMUM JOB ORDER VIA POST: $20 plus delivery plus GST.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: EFTPOS, Credit Card (Plus 2% Plus GST) Cash or internet banking. Bank details to transfer by electronic banking or deposit directly- ANZ BSB 016499 to Gate and Fence Hardware WA account 198020938 (please note Quote or Invoice Number on transfer). Allow 1-3 days for EFT payment receipt before your order is processed for despatch.
